You need to get: Checked and may need to be seen by pulmonilogist as soon as you can. Try to quit smoking. The earlier you get diagnosed the better the prognosis and the sooner you get treated. Hopefully nothing serious. You still need to be checked regardless !

Stop smoking !!: First of all, see a doctor as soon as you can for your current symptoms. Then talk to your doctor about a plan to stop smoking. If you continue to smoke you will keep getting sick and you will die sooner. Period. Stop smoking and you can recover. Plus you will save a ton of money that you are currently spending on cigarrettes.

Stop smoking!: There is no good reason to stop smoking, not even peer pressure. At the very least, it's a waste of your money. Anyway, if your lungs hurt & you're coughing up blood, it's time to go see your family doc. Tell your parents what's going on and have them/him/her take to get evaluated. Not much we can do online. Don't wait. And stop smoking!
