After being diagnosed with covid on tuesday, today my lung ct was clear.but i keep having 96% oxygen level, cough, high blood pressure, chills i am 65 years old.i had 2 dozes of vaccine.should i go back for an examination? how can the illnes progress?

The hypertension may require medication and cardiac evaluation is recommended. Symptoms tend to improve at or around day 7. The cough though may be prolonged. Rest, drink fluids, monitor temperature and breathing. The pulse oximetry itself is acceptable. Watch for signs of shortness of breath and chest pain
