LDL : 180 is very high ldl. I would make every effort to get close to fat free in your diet. Medication is likely to be needed to get the level to a good point.

Too high: That is a high LDL and depending on other risk factors needs attention. Reducing diary products with full fat and significant lowering of dietary cholesterol in addition to exercise will help.
