Not bad, more veg.,,: Your results are not too bad as your total is only slightly elevated. However your LDL is definitely high and it would be wise to try to lower it. Probably the best way is by diet. Stay away from fatty foods like fatty meats and cakes and eat more lean meats and vegetables and fruit to increase fiber which can clear out extra fats and help lower ldh and total chol.. Good luck.

Pretty good: All very good except LDL which is close to target 130 for healthy people. Exercise plus cutting down on saturated fat and cholesterol should do it. Mostly cut animal fat like red meat + whole dairy. Choose lean meats esp bison burger, trim the fat, use more fish + skinless chicken; use low fat dairy like 1% milk and egg white omelet, and watch out for commercial baked goods.
