Decalcification?: Without seeing you it's hard to be certain. However, most likely you're not keeping your teeth clean enough. What happens is that bacteria use the food that lingers on your teeth to produce acids which demineralize the enamel. These areas of decalcification appear white. Keep your teeth cleaner, eat healthier, and see your dentist to diagnose and treat any dental problems as necessary.

See below: This is usually due to decalification which can be caused by bacteria producing acid or by eating a lot of acidic foods...Try brushing better and more often and if your eating acidic foods rinse with water after eating ...Then brush.
