How to use prophy paste and how often should i use. i get black stains on my teeth very often so i got a prophy paste to use at home.

Prophy paste: Throw it out. If misused can cause excessive tooth wear/gum recession. Teeth should be professionally cleaned at least 2x/year, depending on your circumstance. Black stains can be caused by tarter on teeth, tar from smoking, highly pigmented foods, etc. Sounds like you are dramatically overdue for a comprehensive Dental Exam and Cleaning. Please make an appointment before you do harm.
