Be patient: Often baby teeth erupt slightly out of position and at least partially straighten as they line up in the mouth. Crooked baby teeth is an indicator that permanent teeth will also be crooked. As your child has small jaws/crooked teeth, it is exceptionally important that he/she be seen by a specialist Pediatric Dentist, a Pedodontist, now, and by a specialist Orthodontist by 7th birthday.
