I had keyhole surgery to remove my gallbladder 2 days ago. my stomach is swollen and tender near belly button. is this normal?

Yes and no: Tender near the belly button is to be expected since this is the keyhole they used to remove your gallbladder. If it hurts more now compared to days before then that is abnormal. It will be tender for about a week. Having your stomach swollen can happen after surgery. If you can walk and have normal bowel movements that is good. Use your judgement and drink fluids.

Possibly: There is to be some expected swelling at the incision sites. You should however address these concerns with your surgeon at your post-operative visit.
