Watch closely diet: Conservative treatment try healthy foods for your gallbladder, as well as the rest of your body:fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains (whole-wheat bread, brown rice, oats, bran cereal)lean meat, poultry, and fish, low-fat dairy products. Majority of patients with gallstones do not have symptoms. Overweight state can lead to gall stone formation. Loss of weight helps reduce gall stone formation

No one can answer.: Impossible to say, but if the pain is the same as when you went for the testing, it seems likely. If it is different (location, quality) then it might be something else, but typically one diagnosis at a time in the abdominal area in an otherwise healthy person. Most often, GB pain is in the right upper quadrant and you also feel it in the shoulder. Also it hurts if you press on the area.
