Many options: You have options. A saline implant may be removed without replacement implant. You may replace the implant with another saline implant-the implant company may give you a warranty replacement payment. You may replace the implant with a silicone gel implant. Both the saline and silicone implants have silicone shells. The silicone implants have a more natural feel, weight and texture. Cost factor.

BREAST IMPLANT: It is your personal choice if you still want an implant. Both are capable of leaking.
