Your current symptoms are more consistent with ETD than TMJ and TMJ could be the cause of chronic tinnitus. You can use antihistamine medication and nasal steroid inhaler for those symptoms. If the air is too dry in your bedroom due to heating (check humidity with a hygrometer), use a bedside humidifier to keep humidity above 35%. Take care!
