Middle Ear Problem: The dizziness is most likely from irritation of the middle are from the fluid. If you have no contraindications a decongestant like pseudophedrine could help, a very short course of a nasal decongestant (after about three days the can cause rebound & make things worse when stopped) or nasal steroids may help. It is a little unusual for adult to get ear effusions & this should be checked too.
