The absolute: Numbers are more important than the percentages for wbc. If your neuts are high and lymphs low could be infection or stress of anohter illness. With high PLT acute leukemia exceedingly unlikely, but could be a myelproliferative disorder or chronic leukemia, but no where near the top of the list.

Needs check up: Your blood count is abnormal, there many benign reasons for high platelet counts, and neutrophils, but also few serious problems, please talk tobyour doctor.
