Start simple: You are 24 and 50 kg at 5'5'. That is a healthy proportion. You didn't mention your exercise habits and eating habits. First could you be pregnant? If not then start with simple things. Everyday exercise. No elevator. Watch your diet. If your abdomen gets large and your legs arms and chest stay small then see your doctor.
