Move/Exercise: i need more information like your age, other medical problems and how have you tried correcting it. Even if the table show it is an "ideal weight" your body composition may be a higher fat percentage, which is not healthy. It could be hormone problems, insulin resistance, etc. anyway general exercises to build up muscle and lose fat will help. See your healthcare professional, eat health and MOVE
