Whenever i sleep on my left side my left nostril tends to bleed but not immediately. its a slow flow, and it began to happen after my knee surgery.

Question: Accurate answer would require an exam. One question would be whether you have been using any new meds as a result of surgery? Some tend to increase risk of bleeding. Perhaps that is what has happened.
