Some ideas: If you can, work with a pilates instructor who can cue you on alignment while strengthening you in the best possible position. Also try working long term with a good osteopathic physician who does gentle manipulation. Find online via biodo.Com, cranialacademy.Com, academyofosteopathy.Org. Feldenkrais and alexander bodywork techniques and exercises very useful as well.
