My level of lipase is 620 but i don t take any alcohol and no smoking is it acute or chronic pancreatic diseases?

A doctor has provided 1 answer
Dr. Brad Eilerman answered

Acute : This is much more likely to be acute. Hypertriglyceridemia and gallstones can cause pancreatitis in people who don't drink alcohol.

Dr Rosen and another doctor agreed
