How common is it for within a year one ct states left ovarian cyst and 6 months later left inguinal fatty hernia no mention of ovarian cyst. diff rad?

Cysts can change: Benign ovarian cysts can come and go, depending on where you are in your cycle and any past gyn conditions/medications.
Having said this, ultrasound imaging is generally a better test for ovary cysts than ct. It can be possible the second ct missed the cyst.
