Nothing: If you cough, sneeze or laugh while drinking, it can come out the nose.

Observe: Watch the baby to see if any breathing distress but likely all is fine; you can use some nasal saline drops to clear out the milk and a washcloth to clean. Some babies will reflux out the nose and the mouth, it's not usually a big deal.
