No, would not use.: Those medications would not be recommended for a 1 month old baby. You should see your baby's doctor to make sure there is not a structural intestinal problem. You should also make sure that your baby is gaining weight well when you go. If your nipples are cracked and If your baby is swallowing blood from that, that could make him vomit.
