Spitting up?: If a baby is spitting up, it is common to have mild come out of the nose as well as the mouth. If there is a lot of spit up, your baby might have reflux. Make sure your baby is not over feeding and is burping well. There are also bottles that help with spitting up. A slower flow nipple for the bottle can sometimes help. Talk with your baby's doctor if it persists.
