Can be normal: Nasal regurgitation of milk can be a normal process, especially in infants. It is seen in forceful ejection of milk from stomach, like in reflux. Results in mostly some nasal congestion and noisy breathing. Some conditions associated or predisposing to it are 1) overfeeding 2)Prematurity 3)GERD 4) Low tone in esophagus of hypotonic babies 5) Submucous / total cleft in palate or roof of mouth.
