Above the neck: As a general rule, if your symptoms are limited to above the neck (runny nose, sore throat), you can continue your regular workout. If you have problems, you might need to decrease the length or intensity. If you are having problems with fever, chest pain, shortness of breath, abdominal pain or cramping, or muscle aches then you should limit your exercise until you're feeling better.

Yes: But would lighten it a bit . Stay hydrated and listen to your body and stop before you over do it.
