The best app I know: Of is ptsd coach. Although it was created by the va's national center for ptsd, it's free and can be downloaded ; used by anyone. There are also apps one can use to manage anxiety: just downloaded 2 free: "self-help for anxiety management" ; "panic attacks?" while writing this. Haven't tried them yet so can't recommend. Have u checked w/ yr therapist about apps?
