How do i know if i have ptsd?

Usually it is best to have a thorough history & at least a brief physical exam by a primary care provider to determine this. It is very common in people who have experienced traumatic situations like accidents, murders, abuse, natural disasters, combat, etc, but with proper Counselling/therapy, sometimes meds, & sometimes prayer, it can be managed.

If you have concerns about your mental health please see a Clinical Psychologist with expertise in multiple forms of psychotherapy to have a thorough evaluation and help for your symptoms and state of mind; and a Psychiatrist for medication if needed. Have a physical exam to rule out any underlying illness.
