Autism: dad's son has it from his first marriage and my niece has it. are there tests i can undergo to see if my child will have it?

No: Currently, there are no known medical tests to diagnose autism, especially prenatally. It is diagnosed clinically by assessing behavior, communication and social skills typically at age 12m or older. While genetics are implicated, very few specific genes have been found in a majority of kids with autism.
