Unless you are over-: Weight - it may be easier for you to tone abdominal muscles than to lose fat. To tighten ab's do crunches, reverse crunches, exercise ball crunches, pelvic thrusts, lying leg raises, side bridge ; “bicycling” exercise on your back. Fat loss would require weight loss and you can't direct which areas the fat comes off of.
