I just had acl and meniscus surgery.its been about 3 wks. i feel a slight bump in the size of like a dime. should i be worried? what's should i do?

Let me explain: Were is that bump located?
On the lower incision over the chin bone? If that were you have the lump, in that area were the screw to fix the distal part of the alc graft, i would call the surgeon and have look at it.
