Several posibilities: She simply may enjoy hearing herself voice opinions, she may be speaking with the departed, may be rehearsing what she will say to others later, or may actually be psycotic and talking to imaginary entities. As long as she is not bothering anybody or acting oddly otherwise leave her alone. Or you could simply ask her.
