Many causes: Burning pain in the feet has a large differential diagnosis. If there is no external sign of rash or inflammation, it is likely neurological. Diabetes is a prime offender, but many other conditions can cause neuropathic pain. There is little you can do at home without an accurate diagnosis. See your doctor or podiatrist for an exam and appropriate lab work to properly diagnose your problem.
