PeripheralNeuropathy: is the most common diagnosis (label) for such symptoms. The most common basis for this: Diabetes Mellitus; usually not diagnosed until after 30-40 years of progression, routinely missed by fasting blood glucose, promoted by eating a low fat (i.e. Hi-carb) food diet, & not called DM by the ADA until average (not fasting) glucose values = ~165 mg/dl even though optimal healthy average is ≤100 mg/dl.
Created for people with ongoing healthcare needs but benefits everyone.

Most people confuse freedom from symptoms they recognize with health. Health=extremely complex, not that well understood by anyone, though living creatures routinely have many abilities to adapt/compensate for progressive lack of excellent health without symptoms, thus hiding most chronic diseases til late. E.g. artery disease known present in 1/2 US citizens by age 7, yet no symptoms for decades.
