PeripheralNeuropathy: is the most common diagnosis (label) for such symptoms. The most common basis for this: Diabetes Mellitus; usually not diagnosed until after 30-40 years of progression, routinely missed by fasting blood glucose, promoted by eating a low fat (i.e. Hi-carb) food diet, & not called DM by the ADA until average (not fasting) glucose values = ~165 mg/dl even though optimal healthy average is ≤100 mg/dl.
