Curvature: Scoliosis refers to a curvature of the spine. Dextro means to the right, as opposed to levo which means to the left. Thank you for your question.

Scoliosis: This means a right-sided curvature in the spine. Looking from the back, the main curve would be to the right (but other there are 'correcting' curves above and below to the left to help you stay upright). This type of right sided sciolosis is the most common form, esp. In young patients... The degree is important to know to advise you better... Good luck!
