If there is : Muscle spasm it may cause temporary malalignment, or if there is a vertebral fracture it may also cause an alignment issue

Not a true scoliosis: A curve could be from position on the imaging table, or due 2 muscle spasm. If you have a scoliosis & are still in growth period of your life, it needs 2 be evaluated after all calms down after the accident.
