Consult PT first: A consultation with a physical therapist is the best way to learn exercises. After evaluation, the pt and you plan a program. Besides handouts, the pt will watch you perform exercises to be sure you do them correctly. "treat your own back" by robin mackenzie is a very good resource, however, go to a certified mackenzie physical therapist and clinic before starting to be safe.

Core: Core strengthening, flexibility, and scapular stabilization exercises can help. A physical therapist could potentially take you through them and transition you to a home program.
