If mild don't worry : Mild scoliosis does not need any specific treatment. In terms of the upper back pain occasionally , try some core strengthening exercises including yoga or pilates or taking short breaks to avoid a a continuous load or stress on your back. All exercise if done regularly helps.

Core: Maintaining strength and flexibility of core muscles can help. Also what are known as scapular stabilization exercises as well. A physical therapist can take you through teaching you a home program.
