Usually unrelated: Scoliosis, usually mild is extremely common in females, usually developing by the teens. In the vast majority of cases, the scoliosis is not symptomatic. Iif you have lower back pain, it is almost certainly unrelated. For an personalized exercise program get it from a physical therapist.

Possibly: Many causes for back pain. Best exercises would be core strengthening, stretching and flexibility exercises. A good physical therapist can be invaluable for this. Yoga is great for this as well.
