Scoliosis: Scoliosis on regular xray might be due to position of your body. Please get a physical examination. Answering your q, it depends on the type of job you are applying, but generally it is not important.

No issue : Not likely to be an issue whatsoever. Mild curves in skeletalky mature adults do not progress and do not increase the risk of any spine problems.
