Keep hope!: Panic disorder is a curable condition. Possibly what you have been trying to alleviate it by individual and group therapy was not the right fit for u. My recommendation for u is to find an experienced psychiatrist and get a new evaluation of your condition. You should be offered more options including psychopharmacology. Best wishes for u to keep hope & find the right treatment.

Agree w Dr. Duriez.: Looks like you are on Celexa (citalopram) ; 2 forms of talking therapy. Ask you dr if Celexa (citalopram) dose needs to be increased or augmented. What is caffeine intake like? Aim for daily exercise, 8 hours of sleep /night ; good nutrition w 5 servings of veggies ; 4 of fruit per day. Try tai chi, yoga, qi gong, progressive muscle relaxation, deep breathing exercises ; meditation. Take care.
