A member asked:

I had er/pr+ cancer 5 tumors masectomy 2cm .now have high levels of b12 could it be sign of bone cancer?

No: Unless it is greatly elevated, i'd ignore it. Occasionally in some of the myeloproliferative diseases (polycythemia vera, cml), b12's carrier may go high. This is not a warning of bone metastases.

Unlikely: Unlikely a high B12 would signify cancer. Hope this helps.
