No; but poor diet ca: Vitamin deficiencies (more than 1) like those of which you speak come from a poor diet that often includes alcohol or cigarettes. All of those can, in turn, cause small cell lung cancer but not necessarily. Cancer patients often eat poorly, but there are other reasons (liver disease, heart failure, kidney disease) which can do the same thing. Go to your doctor, get checked out.
