Yes: If you do not notice any affects on your vision at this point, most likely you can halt progression and further problems with today's modern treatments. Although you may have some vision loss it is not meaning for to you ability to live a normal life. Just stay on top of it with your eye md.

Most likely: Not knowing your visual field , oct/hrt results i would speculate that you should be able to look forward to a life of normal vision if adequate iop lowering is achieved.
