Should not: Lack of sleep makes you feel tired, lousy but should not damage your neurons. Hypertension, diabetes, high choleterol, smoking, sedentary lifestyle will contribute to neuronal damage from impaired circulation. Get at least 6-8 hours of sleep and try to stay active. Take care!
