Sleep deprivation: Sleep deprivation and temporary malnutrition will not effect brain size in a 20 year old male and certainly not the skull size.

The skull: is a bony structure and as such, is resistant to change. The brain is affected by malnutrition especially B! (thiamine) and brain degeneration can occur. takes much more than 10 days..generally years of alcoholism. Malnutrion or serious illness can trigger rapid development of symptoms in days; but only on top of other abuse. http://emedicine.medscape.com/article/1146086-overview
