Here are some...: suggestions for better daytime sleep: Tell your family, friends and neighbors about your schedule so they can help not to interrupt your sleep. Consider posting a sign on your door stating that you are a daytime sleeper. Consider extra-dark shades or an eye mask. Consider having soothing background noise if this helps you to sleep. make sure the temperature is cool. Hope this helps.
