Start with the basic: Start with looking at your sleep hygeine. Go to bed and rise at the same time each night and morning. Make sure your bedroom is quiet, dark, and relaxing, not too hot or cold. Avoid caffeine. Avoid large, late meal. Make sure your bed is comfortable and use it only for sleeping. Physical activity may help, but not too close to bedtime. If your doing all these things and not sleeping see your doc.
