Possible corn: You may have a corn, bursitis or a hammertoe. Try wearing a wider shoe. If that does not help consult a podiatrist for an evualatiom.

Hammer toe corn: Several causes: hammertoe deformity, curly varus hammertoe. Localized bursitis of the toe. Shoe toe box to narrow. Use lambs wool or foam or silicone shield. If you have had skin on toe see podiatrist for evaluation and treatment.
