Got a knot on the bone that runs from ankle to my big toe right on a vein,hurts some times when i wear shoes.what could this be?

It is a bit : Difficult to understand precisely what you are saying because there are many bones between the ankle and the big toe.....there is a talus bone, navicular, cuneiform metatarsal bone along the most medial aspect of the foot. What is meant by a "knot"? Perhaps a ganglion? A midfoot exostosis?
