Maceration: That area tends to stay damp: the skin gets macerated. On occasion may get a secondary fungal infection as well. Dry well, use a lotion version of an anti-fungal. See how it does.

Skin or bone issue: Although, i'm not exactly sure as to what you mean by peeling, potential yeast will require nizoral. If a fungus, consider lamisil (terbinafine). The careful, this could be a soft corn based upon your location description. This is a bony issue. See your local area podiatrist. If unavailable, consider iodione if this site is wet and weepy.
