Less likely: To be liver though a liver blood test will let you know if liver is inflamed or not. Other causes are from ribs or chest wall. Being pregnant changes position of ribs and chest wall which can cause pain. Get examined by your doctor.

Not likely: Liver discomfort is typically below the ribs on the right side. Pain that is to the right of the sternum is likely costochondritis. This is an inflammation of the joints along the sternum where the ribs articulate. Press on this area and see if you can recreate the pain. Best treated with tylenol (acetaminophen). If pain below the ribs contact your doctor.
